Domain Name Issues

I changed my domain name, and now my new WordPress address will not show up online. The old website shows up with a message stating the website is no longer available because the authors have deleted that site. How do I get my old domain name to go away, and my new domain name to appear online?

Hi @melaninbibliophile, I see the new site and the deletion message for the old site.
If you’re still not seeing them there, can you try closing your browser completely and re-opening it? Or, try another browser to see what you see there.

Hi Supernovia, I’ve tried these suggestions, but I’m still not able to see my new website after the domain name change. I may just delete the site and start over. Thank you and Macmanx for your time. I appreciate it.

Hi, I’ve tried Google, bing, and duckduckgo, but it only pulls up the old website when I put in my current website’s address.

When I put the old site at ablackwomansbookreviews.wordpress.com in to my browser bar and click enter there is a message that the site was deleted. There is no redirection happening to the new site.
When I put the new site in to Google at blackwomanreading.wordpress.com it loads that site only. Again, there is no redirection happening.
These are acting as 2 separate sites as they should.
It really sounds like an issue with the browser cache. Like it’s holding on to outdated information. Can you try clearing that out again?
