Domain Name Mapping

My Domain mapping has expired and I can’t figure out how to renew the mapping. It keeps sending me to upgrade and when I click on domain, it doesn’t allow me to renew the domain.

I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

Thank you for your help. I’m pretty sure that I purchased the upgrade last time, I even have the receipt. But your response is clear that I can not do that any longer, unless I was the owner.
Would the owner be one of the administrators? There are 3 other administrators. Is it fair to assume that one of them is the owner?

I tracked down the owner and we were able to purchase the upgrade. Thank you for the help.
