Domain name misconfiguration

    Hello !

    The last years, my domain name https://lindamartineau.com has been transfered to another registrar from WordPress.com and then from this other registrar back to WordPress.com.

    And it looks like it’s not linked back correctely to my account after the last transfert.
    So I don’t have access to my domain anymore in my WordPress.com account, and I don’t have authorisations neither to login to the website.

    Can you help with this ?

    Hi –

    When I go to https://lindamartineau.com/ in my browser it loads a WordPress.com site. That means that the domain is connected to us.

    Does that help?

    The domain is connected to a different account. You have to sign in under quelemondesoitlumiere242148646 to work on it.
