domain name on non-renewal status

  Dear WordPress

  My blog, formerly known as auslandschweizer.net disappeared. It looks like i have missed the renewal deadline. Is it possible to renew it under a new name? Is it possible to retrieve my content at all? how do i have to proceed?

  Hi Philippe –

  Thanks for getting in touch. I am looking at the domain now and it looks to be pending deletion. I’m not sure how long that process will take or when it will be available to purchase as new again. I’ve asked our domain specialists to take a look at it with me.

  The site, content, images, everything is still available on the free version of the site though.

  Ok. It looks like your domain auslandschweizer.net should be available to be registered again as new on October 20th.

  You’ll want to click on My Sites – Manage – Domains – Add New
  to regain ownership of it once available again.
