Domain Name Parked Problem

  Hello,

  Having already done some research on the subject I have not found any solutions.

  So I’m asking for your help.

  My situation: (the situation happened today, 17/06/2019)

  I had a wordpress site with the wordpress premium plan (including a domain name that is: labostorenantes.com)

  I wanted to change hosting, I went to 02switch, I took the unique formula with domain name transfer

  During the settings of the o2switch host, I therefore deleted the premium plan of wordpress that was no longer useful and unfortunately also the domain name with by mistake I notice now since I have to transfer my domain name from wordpress to o2switch via an «authcode» but my domain name is currently blocked (This domain is Parked.)

  How do I get my domain name back? How do I make sure it’s not parked anymore?

  Hey there,

  You canceled the domain within 5 days of registering it, so it should be available again soon. Once a domain name is deleted by the registry at this stage, it is immediately available for registration by any registrant through any Registrar, and that happens shortly after the 5 day grace period.

  We can immediately restore the domain for you within that 5 day period, but after that we no longer have control over it. So, depending on where you want to register the domain (with us or elsewhere), you should decide ASAP on how you want it re-registered. You can always point the domain over to your host from WordPress.com until 60 days of registration hits (where you can transfer the domain anywhere you please). That will at least guarantee you will get it back without any potential complications. Let me know.

  If you can restore the domain name in my wordpress, because i need the “authcode” for transfer the domain name at 02Switch.
