Domain name problem

  I want to sign up for a wordpress site that I can use as my online cv, I therefore would like my name.

  I’m pretty sure I did this ages ago but subsequently deleted the site.

  When I go to set up a new site it tells me that this domain name is taken although when I type in the domain name I get a screen which says the website has been deleted.

  Is there any way to rectify this or am I stuck in this endless loop?

  Hi there,

  Once a WordPress.com site is deleted, that address can never be used again by anyone. We have more information about that here: Delete Site

  You’ll need to pick a new, unique address for your new WordPress.com site. If you have any questions about that, please let me know. :)
