Domain name problem
-
I had both notionalpublicradio.co.uk and notionalpublicradio.org.uk pointing to notionalpublicradio.wordpress.com. Because I finally decided that notionalpublicradio.org.uk was the more appropriate name, I made this the main address quite some time ago, and let the notionalpublicradio.co.uk purchase expire (and I have now pointed DNS away from WordPress.com for this particular address).
My problem is that whenever notionalpublicradio.org.uk is typed into the browser (and yes, I’ve cleared the cache several times), I get a black screen saying “notionalpublicradio.co.uk has expired … you can view the site at notionalpublicradio.wordpress.com” … Which of course defeats the purpose of me paying to renew the notionalpublicradio.org.uk DNS upgrade a few days ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Oh, and the audio player STILL does not work on this site). The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I just removed the expired domain mapping from your account, so you should be all set with that. In the future, you can also remove expired domain mappings by using the “Cancel” link next to the domain under Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard.
(Oh, and the audio player STILL does not work on this site).
I’m sorry to hear that. I see that Ian was helping you with this issue here:

Could you send me a link to one or two posts where the audio player isn’t working for you? The audio player is working for me on your recent posts, but I’d be happy to take a closer look. If you can give a few more details about what isn’t working, that’d also help me investigate this for you. (For example, does the audio player not appear at all? If it appears, what happens when you click the play button?)
