domain name problem

  Hi, I work for a visual merchandising company. they want their website to be upgraded by me. I have contacted the initial team that did the setup for the company. VM Central does not have a isolated server to host them. how do I go forth with this. As a result the company that did the initial setup cannot give me access to the IP or nothing as it links to other companies.
