Domain name Refund

  Hello I am trying to get a full refund On my account I was given back 37.12$ from the 99$ plan I deleted the domain name (emmanuelhowell.com) Thinking in hopes of my full refund but I have not gotten any notes or email saying that my money was refunded Please send refund in full thank you

  I’ve refunded the outstanding amounts. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank.

  Thank you very much one more question because I requested the refund within 2 days is the domain name released or still taken?

  After doing some research I figured out my the domain name is still going to be registered with you guys when I got my first refund It. Your site pretty much told me It was going to host my domain with you guys for 2 years. I would like to know if I can pay per year to keep owning Emmanuelhowell.com

  Because you cancelled the domain a day after you bought it, it should be released by the end of this week, and then you can register it somewhere else.

  If you want to use the domain here on WordPress.com I can still restore it for a couple of days, but you’ll need to 1) create a new free site first as your original site has been deleted, and 2) add a new paid plan to the site as your original payment has been refunded.

  Let me know if you’d prefer to keep the domain here, or if you are going to wait for it to be released.
