Domain name renewal

Hello. Our domain, libertyontap.org, expires soon. The user who created it is no longer with our organization and did not transfer any information to us when he left the organization and is unreachable. We need to renew our domain but it seems only user TC can do so. Can we add a new user to renew this? What are our options? Thank you for your help.

Hi there,
The best bet in retrieving and renewing this domain is to get in contact with the former user who owns the upgrade. We can not do anything without confirmation from the owner.
What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.

Thank you for your reply. This person has cut off all contact with us and when asked previously for information to transfer ownership, he did not have it. There is no communicating with them. I have no access to the email associated with it.

So, the person no longer has access to the email on file? If they do, I can personally reach out the email on file and see if I can confirmation from the person to move over the upgrade. If they give me their consent, I can transfer the upgrade myself.
