Domain name renewal

  My domain name is up for renewal in the next few months. I just want to check that it is recurring, i.e. it will automatically be taken from my bank account?

  Hi there,

  The domain is under a different account than the one that you are contacting us from. You will need to log into that account in order to enable or disable auto renew. It is currently disabled.
