Domain name renewal

    Hello! Ive been trying all day to contact the right person in wordpress…. Im using another account (a dummy account I practice websites on) to send this.

    I bought a domain name off you almost 2 years ago – http://www.digitalizemenow.com (the 3rd party supplier is wild west domains). I received an email this morning from an email address: (email visible only to moderators and staff) advising I need to pay for renewal. So when i checked the link to pay as I assume this from you I saw a charge of 94$ per year!

    Obviously I am quite shocked by this as the original price was 19.99 for 2 years!
