  I recently renewed my domain registration mapping and also upgraded to your premium service. I went through the process of mapping my domain to my WordPress blog, and your system indicated that the process was complete. However when I try to view my blog through my domain name your system tells me that the domain name has expired.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Further information
  My registrar is godaddy.com. I renewed the domain there today, and updated the DNS information there in accordance with the instructions on the WordPress website. I have confirmed the DNS update on GoDaddy’s website, and also when I mapped the domain to my WordPress blog.

  Sorry about that! It looks like you had a previous Domain Registration upgrade for the domain matrixinfoservice.com. I’ve removed that subscription. Everything should be working correctly now!
