  Please log in as the account that you used to buy that domain. Then you’ll be able to make this change at My Site ->Domains

  I have and I was told by ‘Wild Host’ that WordPress have control or that but I can’t seem to get a response by them.

  As I said above, you need to be logged in as the account that owns the domain. sportscoach7, the username you’re using to post here, does not own the domain.

  Log out of the sportscoach7 username account, and log back in as the account that you used to buy that domain, and you’ll be able to change the name servers by following the instructions I provided above.
