Domain name status

    I’m working with a nonprofit org as a consultant to test their website, to prepare for operational readiness. The org is Augusta-Sparta District, the website is augustaspartacme.com. The developer who was originally engage for the project is not responded, so the team cannot ascertain the status of the domain name, we know you are the host. Can you help us ?

    Hi,

    The domain is indeed registered with us and it, as well as the associated WordPress.com Personal plan, will expire on 2021-04-22.

    That site has multiple users associated with it. However, there is only one administrator account and that account is the one that owns the upgrade.

    You will need to gain access to that account, or ask the owner to transfer the upgrade and site ownership to another account using these instructions:
