Domain name transfer

  Hi,
  My domain name that I got 10 (?) years ago expires tomorrow. If I just let it expire, can I register it with WordPress tomorrow and use it/manage it here from now on? The site I paid and registered it on 10 years ago doesn’t exist anymore and I don’t know who to contact there to do anything.

  It’s best to transfer your domain here by following this guide:

  https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/

  If you let your domain expire it might be unavailable for up to 90 days and when it’ll be released anyone will be able to claim it, thus risking losing it.
