    Hi, I want to transfer domain onebytwodesigns.com from godaddy to wordpress. Earlier I used onebytwodesigns.com domain name for shopify but I disconnected it. Please let me know how I can solve this problem.

    Hi, I can see the current registrar is GoDaddy, and it looks like you’ve bought a transfer. I can’t tell whether you’ve initiated that on your side yet. But I can see you’ve got a site set up here and ready for a domain!

    If you’d like to get the domain up and working with the new site as soon as possible, here’s what I’d recommend:

    – Add a plan: https://wordpress.com/plans

    – Connect the domain using these steps:
    https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

    – This is included in the steps above, but, update the name servers. Connecting and pointing the name here will get the new site up and going as soon as possible.

    – Then, start the process of transferring the domain. It’ll take a few days:
    https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/

    – When the transfer is done, and assuming you didn’t use the transfer credit that comes with the plan, reach out and we can refund you for the first domain transfer purchase.
