  Hello,

  I am writing to make sure that the domain name I have at http://www.smart-tek.net would transfer over and be used for the new WordPress site our team is getting ready to build for the company.

  You can definitely transfer the domain over to WordPress.com as long as the domain has been registered with its current host for at least 60 days. Here are the instructions on transferring the domain:

  To host a domain with WordPress.com, you must purchase a paid plan:

  http://wordpress.com/plans
