  hello

  I want to stop my wordpress;com. So, I have stop to pay my domain name. Now, before erase my wordpress.com website, I would like to keep my domain name that wordpress;com still has.

  It’s impossibble to contact them… anyone has an idea ?

  Are you referring to the custom domain, soizicbruneau.com? Or your free WordPress.com address, soizicbruneau.wordpress.com?

  Thanks for confirming. soizicbruneau.com expired on 2017-10-03, why is why you are unable to see it in your account. The domain is currently in the redemption period:

  Domain Expiration

  At the moment, we can still try to recover soizicbruneau.com but an $80 redemption fee will need to paid in addition to the $26 domain cost. If you agree, I can send a payment request for that amount and contact our domain registrar once it has been paid.

  If you don’t want to pay the fee you can wait until the domain is released, although this can take 80 days or more. There is also no guarantee you will be the first to register it again.

  Please let me know which option you prefer and if you have any questions.
