Domain name “unavailable”

  We reached out while trying to set up our domain name on the $8 plan and it kept saying unavailable for all the ones that were being suggested. We reached out and y’all said you were going to email but have not received an email yet. We accidentally set up a free WordPress account but just need help getting it turned over to the paid one. How do we go about assuring that the domain name is available before putting in our card information?
