domain name – wordpress adress

  I had difficulty creating an account. It seemed to just happen wit Pwashington411.wordpress.com. However, that is not the address that I wanted.
  Is that considered to be the ” domain name?” How do I change it? It is ok to remain free – wordpress.com but I want a different name.wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Is there a charge for this, or can I use the free one?
