Domain not available even paid was made 2 months ago

Dear WordPress,
May I know why my domain was suspended 2 months ago even the money is in your account for more than 2 months? I have the proof from your bank you are charging for services which are not provided by you. What you guys are doing is NOT legal.
There is no way we can contact you either, but I pay for your services.
Kindly extend the availability of my domain with the same duration you made it unavailable while having my money in your bank account, also let me know to which legal authority I can raise an official complaint about your abuse.Thanks!

I see from your account that you disputed the domain payment to WordPress.com a couple of months ago. That created a chargeback against us. Chargebacks are a tool for fraud prevention, a way to reverse a charge that has been made by an unauthorized purchaser:
During that time, all upgrades on your account are removed and your site is locked until you pay a chargeback fee or cancel the chargeback. Once the fee is paid, your account returns to normal.
You have paid the fee so I’ve added the domain back to your account for you.

We received the chargeback on 2017-02-23 — which is when your upgrades were disabled. Your domain was then restored on 2017-04-07.
