Domain not in use

    Hi, my domain is not in use , I have been charge for a product feed subscription and I cant find anywhere where to change or cancel it, it most likely went out last year as well, can you help me please, I cant access any emails at all from the site for any conformation as it doesn’t exist, please help

    Are you referring to inspireddeals.co.uk? If so, this domain is registered with GoDaddy. You will want to contact them directly to get help with this.

  • I don’t see any charges on this account. Can you confirm what site you are trying to use? Was it ever hosted here, or was it a copy of WordPress with GoDaddy?

    If the site and domain were hosted there, like inspireddeals.co.uk was, contacting them will be your best bet.

    If it’s a different domain, can you tell us what it is so we can look it up on our side?

    Hi I cant seem to get anywhere with this, Its on woocommerce and when I try and log in there I cant, do you have any info that could help, it says I havent got any subs but I am still paying for them, can you help at all please , #5106355207 thats the order number , Thank you

  • Oh, okay, you are talking about WooCommerce subscriptions then, I misunderstood your original message, sorry for that.

    This account – inspireddeals – was not used to purchase anything from either WordPress.com, or WooCommerce, though.
    You likely have your site connected to a different WordPress.com account, using a different email address.
    Have a look at what address was the WooCommerce receipt sent to and log in with that one.

    If that doesn’t help, reach out directly to (email visible only to moderators and staff).
