Domain not paid – don’t know who set it up to pay!

Hi there! I am the new Executive Director of Vashon Sisterhood. Before me it was run by a big group of women. Now our website and email is down because no one has paid. It won’t give me the option to pay as it was set up by someone else’s account…but I don’t know who! Is there a way to make this account our own or (at least until l can figure out who is responsible) pay for this domain? Thank you! I can’t give exact details here, but I can confirm that the domain owned by the other Administrator on the site, whom you can see following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/#changing-user-roles
