Domain not pointing to configured nameserver. Urgent!
-
I renewed my service, domain included, just one day after it expired. The primary domain was pointing to another site and it reverted back to the default wp site. Even though no change was made to the primary domain I don’t understand why it does not point to the other site even though the configuration is correct.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello and thank you for your quick reply. The screenshot you just shown is where it is supposed to be pointing. Yet when I check and I cleaned the browser’s cache not just in the pc but on my tablet as well, it points here:
http://snag.gy/AdXNl.jpgThat is the part that I don’t understand. I checked multiple times, clearing the cache each time and I still get the page of the screenshot above. I don’t know how you got directed to the correct one. I would appreciate further assistance. Thank you.

Please take a moment and do a whois trace on heldahoy.com. As of now it will show that the domain is pointing to WordPress’ default nameservers and not the HostGator ones that were configured. Also according to the whois, updates to the nameservers are currently prohibited. I’d be very grateful if this matter is resolved quickly.

I’m still seeing your domain point correctly. I’m also seeing whois showing hostgator nameservers:
http://who.is/whois/heldahoy.com
I’m also seeing all IP’s pointing to hostgator:

Can you try viewing the domain on a new computer and/or in a private/incognito browser window?

Hello. Please excuse my delay in responding. I was dealing with my client. About an hour after I posted the previous message I rechecked and the correct page, hosted at Hostgator showed up. I remain a bit mystified as to how you were able to see the page so quickly and I had to wait a few hours in something that generally takes minutes. I can only think that this time the propagation was not so rapid. I am thankful for your assistance.

Sorry for the delay. Yes, it was definitely the propagation time that caused the delay. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
