domain not renewed although payment made

    Hello,

    I had a new credit card, so my annual renewal didn’t work for my domain. I paid it on Dec. 21 as soon as I saw an email that it had not been renewed, and received a receipt on Dec. 22. However, my domain is not currently working. Please help!

    Just to confirm, you’re speaking of lalindholm.com?

    That domain shows as renewed and active to me, and it’s correctly loading your WordPress.com site.

    If it’s not loading for you, it might be a caching issue. Please try clearing your browser cache, and if that doesn’t work, try unplugging your router/modem for a few seconds to flush its connection cache.
