Domain not working

I have mapped a new domain name, and it is showing in the ‘My Domains’ menu, but it isn’t working.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Neither the blog nor the mapped domain name is working, could I have an answer soon please? It’s quite urgent as we have just sent out hundreds of flyers with the web address on them. Thanks

Thanks for reaching out. It looks like you mapped your domain with the ‘www’ in front. This breaks in our system. I’ve fixed this for you now and your domain should start working shortly.
You may need to go to Store > My Domains and update your Primary Domain.
