Domain page allocation

  I have created a website called shoukaiservices by buying domain of .com.However I am not able to locate it now & when I looked at something called domain transfer,it shows that additional money will be charged per year plan. Can you please rectify this?I want to find my website with .com domain with no additional payment as I already paid for the domain last week.

  Hi there, the site shoukaiservices.com is online and hosted by WordPressdotcom and by your description you might need to be logged in with a different username account in order to access the admin page and be eligible for direct support from our Happiness Engineers.

  What happens when you click on My Site in the upper left corner of your screen? Are you able to access the admin dashboard for that site? If not, first log out of this account and then on the log-in page enter either the username or the email you originally used to register the website.

  Let us know how that goes.

  Hello.

  Thanks for your response.I tried to re-login with the gmail account I used to create the website.

  When I click on My site on the left corner, it shows that “you don’t have any wordpress sites yet would you like to start one page”.

  I am not able to access the admin dashboard.
  Please support.Thanks

  Hello

  Thanks for suggestion.I tried account recovery too. However no progress .I tried to do domain mapping, however it shows that shoukaiservices.com is already connected to wordpress.Please support.Thanks

  Hi again, until you recover the correct account (and as you purchased an upgrade here you have a transaction ID which you can indicate in that form-do not add it here to the public forums) there’s really not much more we volunteers can do to assist.

  I’ve gone ahead and flagged this thread for Staff input and assistance.

  Hi there,

  I tried to re-login with the gmail account I used to create the website.

  The email address associated with this account is quite different from the one used to create the website. Could you look for the receipt email, and try logging out and logging back in with the address that was sent to?
