  Hello,

  My domain purchased on wordpress “maisonkoenig.com” displays the page THIS DOMAIN IS PARKED.
  I do not see my domain in the list of my domains anymore.
  Could you help me transfer this domain to OVH?

  Hi there,

  You cancelled that domain on 18 June 2018, so you no longer own it. That’s why it’s not showing in your domains list.

  When you cancel a domain it’s not released immediately, and it can take months before the domain becomes available again to register elsewhere, if at all.

  In this case we are still able to restore the domain to your account, at which point you will be able to transfer it to another provider, but we issued you a full refund for the domain’s last renewal when you cancelled it last June. So before we can restore it we’ll need you to first re-purchase it.

  I’m sending you a link via email which you can use to pay for the domain. As soon as we receive your payment we can then reactivate the domain on your account.

  I paid the re purchase but it change anything…
  The domain name is still maisonkoenig.wordpress.com…`
