    Hi folks,

    The annual fee for my two custom domains got charged two times. One payment got automatically refunded through my credit card company – Now, my account here got partially blocked. And no ‘contact info’ can be found anywhere ….

    What do you mean “automatically refunded through my credit card company”? Your account is showing two chargebacks against us, meaning you disputed the payments with your credit card company instead of contacting us for a refund.

    There also wasn’t any duplicate charges. The two charges are for renewal of the Personal Plan on two completely different sites, blog.fauland-photography.com and blog.fauland-fotografie.de

    When you dispute a charge you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and the payment is frozen pending an investigation. Additionally, your site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee. You can read our full policy here:

    Both sites are locked, and you will need to pay the chargeback fee for each site to get them unlocked.

    If you are willing to cancel the dispute with your bank we might still be able to refund you ourselves if you no longer want these upgrades. Otherwise you will need to wait for our payment processor to complete their investigation, which could take eight to twelve weeks.
