Domain pending renewal or expired – whom to contact

    I am an admin for a non-profit organization’s WordPress website. The website is currently down, and is showing a message ‘This domain is pending renewal or has expired. Please contact the domain provider with questions’. I can confirm that we recently (about a month ago) paid for renewal of the domain, so I was wondering why the website is still down. Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed? Thanks!

    What is the URL of the site that has he pending the domain renewal? What is the domain name? I’d be happy to look into this.

    Is it possible for the owner of the domain to reach out to us regarding this? We could only discuss the pertinent details of the account with the owner of the site and those upgrades.

    Hello,
    Thanks! I actually was able to get in touch with IPower through whom we have the domain, and they helped me get it back up.
