A few months ago I paid for a domain and plan upgrade. I recently logged in and have been unable to connect my blog to the domain and it saying I need to upgrade however I should still have another 6-7 months remaining on the account I paid for. I have read through domain and plan support info but can’t seem to find anything relevant to help with my situation. Many thanks for any assistance you are able to provide.

What is the domain URL that you purchased? The account that you are contacting us from does not have any history of purchases? Do you happen to have another account? If so, the upgrades are most likely under that account.

Hello, thank you for your assistance. I’ve looked through my emails and I am pretty sure I only have one account. I used to be able to see it in history of purchases but can’t seem to see it recently. I triple checked my emails and I have a receipt as proof of purchase for the domain cookie trail.com and it should be valid until August 2017. Sorry not sure if I am missing something but not sure what is going on.

I checked the domain you provided and it is currently hosted with Bluehost. So, in order for it to work with your WordPress.com site, you’ll need to change the domain nameservers at your domain host, and point them over to WordPress.com. Our nameservers are:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMThen, you’ll need to purchase the mapping subscription upgrade so that you can map your domain over to your WordPress.com site.
