Domain pointed – not working

    Hi, I have updated the name servers on my domain to ns1.wordpress.com and ns2. and ns3. but my site is not working. I contacted my hosting company, they advised on contacting you because it’s been over a day that my name servers have been updted.

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    What is the URL of the custom domain that you are pointing over to your WordPress.com site? There is no domain connection upgrade under the account you are contacting us from. You’ll need to purchase the upgrade in order to connect the domain to your site. For instructions on how to connect your domain, please take a look at our support doc:
