Domain pointing

  We have a small non-profit sports team (‘price sensitive’ ! ) We have been hosting a domain + site via GoDaddy, but because of cost have been exploring other options. Because I know WordPress I suggested a free WP plan + pointing the domain for a small fee as an option, but it doesn’t seem like we can do this (I am pretty sure I’ve done it in the past?) Thanks so much!

  If you want to use your custom domain on the wordpress.com platform, you must go for a paid plan. In your case the personal plan will do, https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Too bad.. there used to be a great $17/year option to point…Ah well….
