Domain problem

  Hello,

  My domain registered to the wrong blog. I have two WordPress blogs, and one already has a custom domain. I did not realize that, when I went to create a new custom domain for my other blog, that I was using the wrong dashboard. Now proudhighwaymedia.com is registered to my Gonzo Muckraker blog, and I cannot make the Proud Highway blog appear there. Please help!

  I’d be happy to! After looking into your account, I found that you have two other blogs:

  proudhighwaymediadotcom.wordpress.com

  and

  proudhighwaymedia.wordpress.com

  Can you look at the site and please tell me which one you would like the domain transferred to?

  I also see that you recently purchased this domain and a WordPress.com Premium upgrade. Since a domain is included free within the Premium upgrade I can provide you a refund for the domain, or you can register a second domain – it’s completely up to you. Let me know and I’d be happy to take care of this for you!

  Thank you for such a fast response. I would like the domain transferred to proudhighwaymedia.wordpress.com. I do not plan on using the other proud highway blog, as that was created in error (thus the dotcom in the title). If I purchased more than I needed to, yes, please do refund me. I would also like the premium subscription on proudhighwaymedia.wordpress.com.

  Thanks for the confirmation! So I moved over the domain: proudhighwaymedia.com to
  proudhighwaymedia.wordpress.com as requested and provided you a full refund ($26) for the domain as it’s included in the Premium upgrade. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.

  Just a note – you added Premium to proudhighwaymediadotcom.wordpress.com so I actually moved that upgrade over to proudhighwaymedia.wordpress.com as well. But because of this transfer, your auto-renewal information was removed and disabled. We don’t keep any credit card information in our system so I have no way of adding that back on for you. Please go to your Store > My Upgrades page and add your information if you want to enable auto-renewal:
