Domain Problem – Please Help

  Please help. Last week I purchased a premium plan but decided to cancel 2 days later. The domain was then parked but was informed since service was cxl’d quick it should take about 7 days to be released. Yesterday, I was considering re adding it on WordPress so I can just transfer to another registrar but don’t wish to wait 60 days. I just checked the domain and it has been released and it’s not listed on WhoIs. However, other site I planned to transfer to shows the domain is still not available because WordPress hasn’t fully released it. I’m confused and would like to know when I should expect it to be available. The domain is attached to my account, but would rather not list on here. Thank you for your help
