Domain purchased somewhere else

  Last January we were able to use wordpress for free with a domain that we purchased through namecheap. I am attempting to create a new website with a domain already purchased and I am prompted to upgrade to premium.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You will need to set up Domain Mapping to use your domain with your WordPress.com site:
