I have my domain currently at Google, and I would like to use Word Press as the website builder. Is the domain hosting and website building services included in the paid plan? If yes, would it be better for me to cancel my plan with Google and centralize domain and website management at WordPress? Thank you.

You can host a WordPress site at Google as well. In that case you’d be using the open source version of WordPress found on WordPress.org, rather than WordPress.com. You can see a breakdown of the differences here:
If you do want to host the site with us on WordPress.com, you won’t need to pay Google for hosting as well. Hosting on WordPress.com is completely free – your site at http://chausauto.wordpress.com/ is already hosted with us – but we have upgrade plans to add extra features to your site, like, for example, connecting your own custom domain to the site.
