  I have the blog listed, I also own http://www.troybasso.com through godaddy. I want to make my blog a website and have all traffic routed from http://www.troybasso.com to my blog. How does one go about doing that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  But I can report that I am seeing troybasso.com point to your WordPress.com site. So you should be good to go.
