Domain recover

  Hi, I believe we forgot paying the domain, so we need to recover it. I know that it will cost more now, but that’s Ok. How can we proceed? The domain is ‘novaeraengenharia.com.br’.

  novaeraengenharia.com.br is not registered through WordPress.com, it is just mapped here. Domain Mapping is the upgrade you would purchase if you wanted to use a domain registered elsewhere (GoDaddy or 1and1 for example) with your WordPress.com site.

  So if your domain is expired, you need to talk to your domain registrar to renew. If domain mapping is expired, you should be able to set it back up again using these instructions:

  Thanks for the contact. Actually, we’re dealing with this situation in another topic, because we suspected that was another problem, so we opened another topic. So this one could be finished. But thanks again for the contact.
