Domain recovery

    My client, New Wave Internal Medicine wishes to access their domain. The current server their site is hosted on is changing. Originally the domain was set up by a Megan Furr I am told. Megan is no longer associated with the business and has not been for a long time. All of the login and passwords that I have been given do not work. I am authorized to make changes to this client’s account. When doing a WHOIS the domain was registered through WIld West Domains but resold by wordpress.com. I need to know what steps can be taken to gain access to this domain.
