Domain Recovery

  My domain expired and I would like to recover and renew it. When I try to log in with my info it says that that username does not exist. I signed in through google instead and it says that I have no prior activity or domain. How might I go about recovering and renewing? Thank you in advance!

  Hi @katoconnor7, can you let us know what the domain is? Typically if the domain is registered through us, you can find the correct account by logging in with the email address that gets renewals.

  But if you aren’t sure what that is, let us know the domain and we’ll tell you the username.

  Thank you for your response. I’m unable to get into my account at all to even be able to retrieve or renew it. When I tried to log-in with my e-mail or username it said it was incorrect or that it was not an account.

  The domain is http://www.heartsandwildflowers.com

  Hi katoconnor7,

  heartsandwildflowers.com is registered through FastDomain so you will need to login to the account you have there or contact them for help with the renewal.

  Your site uses WordPress.org software and is hosted by Bluehost rather than WordPress.com — which is why there is no option to manage it from the account you are contacting us from. The WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to ask for advice with this site :)
