  Hi, I recently cancelled my subscription and my domain. I know that there was a warning before the cancellation that it would be difficult, but is there any way to recover the domain?

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of jnic.dev? At the moment we can still restore that domain to your account, but as you’ve already been refunded as well you’ll first need to buy a new paid plan for your site.

  Or if you prefer to use that domain somewhere else, the domain should be released towards the end of the week, at which point you’ll be able to register it at another provider as a new domain.
