Domain Recovery
-
You deleted my account and I lost the domain that I paid you for. My previous account was tied to the current email [redacted by staff] as well. Now that the domain name openbiblecommentary.org is ‘taken’ I can’t use what I purchased and claimed. No I cannot seem to use the account recovery page because I am told that the account no longer exists…and now I have this one that utilized the same email (perhaps an error on my part in hindsight) please assist.
Site: http://www.openbiblecommentary.org.
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: Unknown -
Hi there!
Sorry to hear about your trouble. However, we haven’t deleted the account. I can see the account with the domain openbiblecommentary.org is still active. It’s just a different account than the one you’re logged in to.
Also, to clarify, both accounts do not use the same email address. We don’t allow the same email address to be used on two WordPress.com accounts. So there’s another email address on the account where the domain openbiblecommentary.org is registered at the moment.
Due to security reasons, we’re not able to share which email address you used on your correct account, but you can restore access by sending us the transaction ID for your payment to WordPress.com (which you can locate on your credit card statement). Please look for it and once you’ve found the transaction ID, use the account recovery form to send it to us (don’t post the transaction ID on the forum).
We’ll then get back to you via email to help you log in to the correct account.
