Hi there,
When I check on our end, I do not see any upgrades under your @inconvenientopinions2 WordPress.com account. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?
I can confirm that your site is registered at WordPress.com but under a different account, not your @inconvenientopinions2 login. If you do not recall how to log in to your other account, you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery.On that form, you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. More info on how to find that is here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id

Thank you for your reply! Yes I was able to identify the problem and have canceled my domain subscription. Will be creating a separate account and purchasing the domain again. I am anxious to know how long it would take to get my refund processed. Please confirm?

Hi, the refund takes about 10 business days to be processed and appear in your bank statement. As for the domain, it’ll be released by the end of this week, and you’ll be able to register it again.
If you have any other questions, just let me know, and I’ll be happy to help.
