  My domain recently lapsed, but I’m looking to get it back. The domain in question is ‘SCTStaffing.com’, can you please help me?

  Hi there; we note that you recently emailed us around two weeks ago regarding the renewal of both your domain and your Business plan; both items were subsequently cancelled and refunded by you.

  Your domain is still registered, but due to the cancellation it has now gone into “redemption” status – this means we can get it back for you but we do need to apply both the original domain renewal fee ($18) and the redemption fee ($80).

  I’ve taken the liberty of preparing the payment form and it was sent to you in a direct email.
