Domain recovery

  Hi,
  
  I am currently attempting to recover a domain (mergenconsulting.co.uk). It is linked to an account under the same email as this one but when I tried to log in to start building a site under that domain with that email, it instead logged me into a different account that had no access to that domain at all which I am currently using to recover it. I checked under whose email the site is registered and it is the same as this account’s.
  
  Account recovery is useless since while I have emails proving that I registered the email under this account’s email, I have no transaction numbers, two factor authentication or other proofs of ownership for the account recovery form. Is there a way I can recover the domain and transfer it onto this account?

  I understand you’re trying to recover mergenconsulting.co.uk, which you believe is registered under the WordPress.com account associated with the email address you’re currently using.
