Domain recovery problem

    I have been trying to recover my domain santorinidream.ca and email (email visible only to moderators and staff) which has accidentally been deleted and someone from customer support emailed me a recovery manual form but it is not working. I have the funds to pay and I’ve tried 5 different cards but none of them are working.
