Domain redirect

  I am trying to point my wordpress website to the domain name that I own, but I can’t seem to get that site to recognise that I own the domain. Can you help?

  Hi there,

  I see that you purchased a domain mapping upgrade for globalmediaservices.com.au, but the domain registration is with a different registrar. If you registered that domain, you’ll need to change your domain’s name servers to the following:

  • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  That will point your domain to your WordPress.com site. If you’re not sure how, you’ll need to contact your registrar for assistance with that step. We also have more details here: Map an Existing Domain

  If you did not purchase the domain globalmediaservices.com.au with another registrar, I’m afraid that it’s unavailable for use. If that’s the case, let me know, and I can either refund your purchase or credit your account so you can purchase a new domain.
