  I’ve built a new site and would like to do a domain redirect.
  Can you tell me please how to do that?

  Do you mean that you would like to use a domain you have registered elsewhere with your WordPress.com site? If so You will need to set up Domain Mapping to use your domain with your WordPress.com site:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  Or are you looking to redirect traffic from one WordPress.com site to another? If so, you need this:
